Are you a junior developer or finalising university if so we are hiring. You will be learning to use React, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Azure, PowerShell and .Net Core to create solutions for huge business problems.
Our team use the latest M365 technologies to solve interesting business problems for the biggest organisations in our region. Our local dev leads work hand in hand with our experienced consultants and our talented team of developers in Australia, NZ and Japan and Bali.
In this role, you’ll be learning to use the latest technologies – and get to pioneer new techniques to take advantage of new features and APIs in Teams, SharePoint and Azure – with support direct from the Microsoft product teams who created these tools.

This role
This position is for a M365 Developer (intern) with an understanding of the delivery of solutions for Microsoft’s cloud offering, encompassing the latest in SharePoint Online, Office 365, Azure, and supporting technologies.
You will learn with hands-on delivery and work with agile software development teams, and user experience designers to ensure our solutions are effectively delivered, and beautifully implemented. Your ability to learn the latest Microsoft development trends will enable you to grow to help us and our customers, with the ultimate goal of delivering high profile, real-world business solutions with outstanding results.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be prepared to assist through multiple stages of a customer engagement cycle, including:
- Learning to develop core coding, technical design, and implementation of business solutions based on Office 365, with particular focus on SharePoint,
- Learning to set up the project for technical success by implementing good Azure DevOps processes, pipelines and so much more
- Learning to peer review code submitted by the other juniors in the development team
- Learning to own your backlog of development tasks – including the development of SPFx, SharePoint and Azure based components
- Being a point of technical escalation with the support and development team
- Learning to own work-streams and projects, and taking responsibility for their delivery
- Light touch project management and budget control of your projects
Skills & Experience:
- Degree or certificate in Information Technology a MUST
- Any experience on Microsoft platforms, particularly Office 365 and Azure – (highly desirable)
- Demonstrable knowledge of current and future trends in the delivery of Office 365 and Azure based solutions, in particular the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) & Patterns and Practices (PnP) – (highly desirable)
- Proven education or experience with front-end web technologies, including JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, jQuery, SASS, Underscore
- Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment
- Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines
